Should be tomato sprouts coming up. Direct seeded some that I couldn’t find in my local nurseries. That planter should have Green Zebra, Rosso Sicilian, and Cherokee Purple popping up. Already has Better Boy and Black Cherry growing
Only took like 2 months but I finally got my chicken roasting cooking over fire bondage cage. If works good I’ll order another. I’ve got a rotisserie and press cage and all kinds of other toys for that space now
Trying out some veggie towers and still have three to put together plus three other raised metal planters. Adding in a dwarf lime tree too and maybe a lemon and/or pomegranate. Don’t mind the mess. Yard is pretty trashed while I’m doing this
The kitchen garden in remake progress. I’ve been away lots so it’s going slow. I have a bunch of seedlings hardening up which I’ll fill planters in with. The bottles are all in ollas which are terra cotta vessels or spikes that slowly let water into the soil. Used them before
It’s not too late to get some Spanish style tapas ready for the World Cup final soccer match tomorrow
Tacos with giant beef skulls and all. BRASS restaurant in Cancun Mexico with chef Antonio Garza
How the hell do you even eat those things? Screwing up a classic combo. Probably popular with tik tok peeps so they can make viral videos eating them
The French went and made a grilled burrito and decided to call it a taco. Not gonna lie I’d try one my next time in France
Idk if I’m just getting lazy or what but wanted to try a new toy for the summer so I’m not always swinging axes to cut up kindling wood for cooking. Paired it with 4lb mallet. It’s working so far but will see once I try to do a bunch of kindling pieces
It’s like some crazy meat orgy carnival where the meats have their own rides, Meatstock event in Australia
From Argentina and yeah top is removable. Wasn’t cheap. Think close to $180 or $200 or so. I can try to look it up. You can get away with just buying some cast iron cooking over fire stands if you have cast iron or carbon steel. I have stuff like that too
First pic shows the basics of how it works. You burn wood in the open box cage and move coals around to where you need them with tools. Other two show how the press cage cross works. Think I’m gonna try beef ribs first
Still have a big grill grate coming and a metal cage I can hang whole chickens and things in to cook
My amateur wannabe Argentinian style Asado parrilla grilling space. Added a press cage cross (silver leaning thing in first pic) and expanded the space a bit
No for cutting in the bowl usually. The meat is usually bite tender. The eggs often get cut in half but you just pick it up and take bites out of. The eggs are usually soft yolk
Yes please I’ll take two bowls. Don’t mind the slurping noises you are going to be hearing from me. Street side ramen booth in Japan
Texas style BBQ in Perth Australia. They even shipped in smokers from the US
Namo sushi in Dallas TX where they carve up a tuna right in front of the customers
Hey Mai. They are all metal but 4 are like the orange one in the pic. 4x2 feet. One is like the orange tall one with legs. 9 feet long. And three are like the silver ones. Idk what kinds. A big mix since they are in my cooking space. Herbs and veggies and things
And here I was thinking I didn’t need anymore grilling contraptions for the yard then this shows up online
What the hell did I get myself into? Putting together 8 new veggie planters then need to fill with soil and plant. Colorful
Fire wood restocking day. Getting ready for summer grilling. Still need to split some a bit more but I’ll do that each time I cook
