More concrete. The Tricorn and St Peter’s Seminary drawings took a fair bit of detective work to do. Arts Tower (In my little old opinion) is still the most beautifully proportioned tower around. Tall enough to catch the eye, yet not enough to appear dominating or unfriendly.
