326. Testing confirms that C.AI engages in the unauthorized practice of law in violation
of Texas Penal Code Section 38.122 and Section VIII of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of
Professional Conduct. One such test, an interaction with C.AI character “Darwin Attorney,”
depicted below is outlined in Exhibit D to this Complaint.
327. Section 81.101 of the Texas Government Code defines the “practice of law” to
include “the giving of advice or the rendering of any service requiring the use of legal skill or
knowledge”.
109 Section 38.122 of the Texas Penal Code prohibits a person from holding himself
out to be a lawyer unless licensed to practice law if it is done with an intent to obtain an economic
benefit.

Brazilian federal police have concluded that former president Jair Bolsonaro had "full knowledge" of a plot to kill then president-elect Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva in 2022 before he took office, CNN Brasil reported on Thursday, citing police sources.

According to CNN, the information on Bolsonaro's acquaintance with the plan will be included in the police's final report on a probe into an alleged coup d'etat attempt.

Vice President Michel Temer succeeded Rousseff. He was arrested in 2019 in a corruption probe after he lost the protection of the presidency. The last English article I found says he was released, unclear what happened to the charges. www.france24.com/en/20190326-...

Former Brazilian President Michel Temer has been arrested in São Paulo as part of a massive corruption investigation.

Mr Temer, a 78-year-old lawyer who was in office from 2016 to 2018, is being investigated in several cases.

He has consistently denied any wrongdoing. His arrest was considered imminent after he lost his legal protection when he left office.

Many politicians and business leaders have been convicted or charged as part of the so-called Operation Car Wash.

Dilma Rousseff followed Lula in 2011. She was impeached in 2016 in a 61–20 vote. The Documentary "Edge of Democracy" on Netflix covers both of these.

The impeachment of Dilma Rousseff, the 36th president of Brazil, began on 2 December 2015 with a petition for her impeachment being accepted by Eduardo Cunha, then president of the Chamber of Deputies, and continued into late 2016. Dilma Rousseff, then more than 12 months into her second four-year term, was charged with criminal administrative misconduct and disregard for the federal budget in violation of article 85, items V and VI, of the Constitution of Brazil and the Fiscal Responsibility Law, Article 36.[1][2][3] The petition also accused Rousseff of criminal responsibility for failing to act on the scandal at the Brazilian national petroleum company, Petrobras, on account of allegations uncovered by the Operation Car Wash investigation, and for failing to distance herself from the suspects in that investigation.[4][5]

Lula was first in office in 2003 and charged with corruption in 2017. The charges were later annulled, which is why he can be president again: www.bbc.com/news/world-latin-america-56326389.amp

In July 2017, Lula was convicted on charges of money laundering and corruption in the Operation Car Wash context, after which he spent a total of 580 days in prison. He attempted to run in the 2018 Brazilian presidential election, but was disqualified under Brazil's Ficha Limpa law.

I didn't know the lil meow meow backstory so I come bearing my research screenshots for anyone else curious

Big Hit Entertainment has apologized for BTS star Suga’s sampling of a speech by infamous cult leader Jim Jones.

The song “What Do You Think?,” from Suga’s solo album “D-2,” contained a vocal sample from a 1977 speech given by the cult leader. Jones was responsible for the mass murder-suicide of hundreds of his followers at the Jonestown jungle commune in Guyana in 1978.

Since it was released on May 22, “D-2” — released under Suga’s Agust D nom de plume — has topped the Apple iTunes album charts in 80 countries and regions. The album debuted at No. 10 this week on the Rolling Stone album chart.

C confirmed that the “lil meow meow” meme was of course about SUGA from the jump.

The thing is that in this more recent occurrence, it specifically was a meme, “that started as people making fun of this one weirdo’s ‘my poor little meow meow… i tried to protect you…i really tried” tweet they made because they were mad yoongi “was forced to” remove the jim jones sample from “what do you think?””
