Harrowsmith cookbook Chocolate Applesauce Bundt Cake. I love those cookbooks too, they’re specifically a Canadian thing compiled out of all the Harrowsmith Country Magazines. Rib close up. I made Memphis dust for the rub and used a butter/peach juice blend after baking to steam them in foil. The binder was mustard and Worcestershire with a dry brine the night before. Next time I’ll make my own BBQ because store bought was not tangy enough for me. #food #foodsky
