I don’t post here much but I’m sharing this in case it’s helpful to anyone, as others were for me. 3 years ago yesterday I stopped drinking for the last time. It wasn’t easy but it is possible and changed my life. If you read this and have considered it, know that you can do it.

This story is so funny to me but I was also reminded this morning that Creem magazine (I am one of the twelve old men who still subscribe to a print edition of a music magazine) sells t-shirts that say this
