Our final destination was Tokyo! The Skytree was fun it’s like the Space Needle but five times as tall haha. We didn’t go up but it was fun to enjoy the area around it!
My final ride on the Shinkansen 🥺 I opened MtG cards I picked up in Kanazawa and got an amazing card, I think the train blessed me!!!! I wish USA had bullet trains! 😭💔
More from Kanazawa! We rented kimono and took a stroll through the Kanazawa castle grounds and went to a tea ceremony in the garden. Afterwards we stopped at the fish market to try kaisendon! My rosy seabass bowl was so delicious!!
More pics from our time in Kanazawa! We went to visit the historical Nishi Chaya-gai, then we went walking to the river afterwards and discovered out there was a festival happening so we stayed and watched the singing and dancing! Onna-gawa matsuri was wonderful!
Hiked to the top of Mt. Inari, glad we left early Kyoto is crowded 😵💫 i feel bad for the locals 😭
Next stop was Miyajima island!! it was amazing watching the sunset with the great torii 🥺🩷
After visiting the deer, I completed my life goal of seeing a rakugo show live! My friend’s seat was drawn in th raffle for a prize and she gave it to me, I got a little fan with my name hand written 🥺 afterwords we tried okonimiyaki!!
