NB I-5 Bridge Maintenance Happening now (7/15): On NB I-5 at Dakota Creek (MP 273) south of Blaine, the right lane is closed for bridge maintenance. Work is scheduled until 2 p.m. Plan for delays.

I-5 Maintenance Lane Reductions Wednesday, July 15 travelers on I-5 in Burlington and Ferndale will see right lane reductions for sign maintenance. - SB I-5 at Cook Road (MP 232) from 8 am - 4 pm - NB I-5 at Loomis Trail Rd (MP 271) from 10 am - 2 pm Plan for delays in the area.

SR 20 Maintenance Work Happening now (7/14): SR 20 traffic is alternating east of Concrete between E Main Street (MP 90) and Moen Rd (MP 92) for maintenance. Work is scheduled until 3:30 pm. Expect delays in the area.
Mount Vernon Paving On Wednesday (7/15), two right lanes of WB SR 538/College Way will close near Windsor Dr (MP 0) for paving with traffic shifting to the middle turn lane. EB traffic will flow normally but with no turn lane access. Work is scheduled from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
SR 20 NIGHTLY CLOSURES Tonight begins 4 nights of EB & WB SR 20 closures north of #OakHarbor to complete the new roundabout at West Fakkema Road. - When: 7p to 5a nightly Mon (7/13) to Fri AM (7/17) - Detour: Use West Ault Field & Goldie roads - More: bit.ly/SR20Fakkema
SR 9 PAVING MOVES SOUTH Our paving project moves a little further south this week and will focus on SR 9 between Lindsay and Morgan roads (MP 93-95). Expect daytime lane reductions with flaggers & pilot vehicles alternating traffic from 6a-4p daily through Thurs (7/16).
SR 20 PAVING Heads up, Anacortes. Two nights of overnight paving work on the right lane of WB SR 20 begins Tuesday, July 14 between Padilla Heights Rd (MP 50) and Reservation Rd (MP 49). Work is scheduled from 9 pm to 4:30 am. Plan for delays in the area.
UPDATE 7/13: Crews excavated SB I-5 and today began installing the bottom of the new fish-passable structure that will carry a tributary to Friday Creek. - NB & SB I-5 reduced to a single lane in each direction near Alger/Lk Samish Rd (exit 240) until July 25. - Expect delays
I-5 Bellingham Ramp Closure Happening tonight (7/13) the SB I-5 off-ramp to Iowa Street (exit 254) will be closed from 8-10 p.m. for a City of Bellingham project. The SB I-5 Iowa Street off-ramp will close again overnight Thursday (7/16). Plan for delays.
UPDATE 1: All lanes of SR 20 remain blocked at milepost 20 just east of Marblemount due to a collision. First responders are on scene, but there is no ETA to reopen lanes. People traveling through this area should seek alternate routes.
WATCH FOR RUNNERS The @RagnarRelay NW Passage is using a number of roads near Lake Samish today - E Lk Samish Dr, Nulle Rd, Old Hwy 99, Lk Samish Rd & Bow Hill Rd. Please watch for runners and give them room if you are getting off I-5 near our NB & SB lane reduction (exit 240).

SR 542/Mount Baker Highway Maintenance Happening now (7/9): Traffic is alternating on SR 542/Mt Baker Hwy just south of Central Ave (MP 33), west of Glacier for maintenance. Work is scheduled until 4 pm. Plan for delays.
I-5 STRIPING Happening now (7/9) on SB I-5, a slow-moving striping operation is operating in the left lane between W Stackpole Rd (MP 223) south of Mount Vernon and 188th St NE (MP 207) in Arlington. Prepare for delays in the area. Give our crews space.
15-DAY I-5 LANE REDUCTION NB & SB I-5 will be reduced to a single lane from 8p Thurs (7/9) to 5a Sat (7/25) near Alger/Lk Samish Rd (exit 240). Plan ahead now: - Expect delays between Bellingham and Burlington - Avoid busy travel times - Consider alternate routes (SR 9 or SR 11)
SR 9 STRIPING OPERATION Happening now (7/7) on NB SR 9: Striping crews are working between Sedro-Woolley (MP 58) to north of Van Zandt (MP 79). Traffic will be released every two miles. Give our crews space and plan for delays.

UPDATE: All NB I-405 lanes near Canyon Park in Bothell are now open. The advisory speed limit is 55 mph through the work zone. REMINDER: Crews will close up to two lanes of SB I-405 from 11 p.m. Sunday, June 28 to 4:30 a.m. Monday, June 29 to shift traffic.
UPDATE 11:35 AM: All NB & SB lanes of SR 539/Guide Meridian are blocked at Smith Rd (MP 4) north of Bellingham after an earlier collision. Emergency responders are on scene, but there is no estimate when lanes will reopen. Expect delays in the area and consider alternate routes.
