This bit reads to me like a coded reference to trans rights - the old ‘contentious / divisive’ nonsense. The ‘dignity’ reference also, ironically, suggests to me that his approach on the issue is the same as Starmer’s.

Presumably the pro-trans judge has now been arrested and struck off, and the EHRC is now rushing out further interim guidance making clear that being pro-trans disqualifies you from joining dating services aimed at people who might become senior politicians later in life?
