We commend @Mayor.nyc.gov, @SpeakerMenin.bsky.social, and @council.nyc.gov for delivering a budget that moves NYC toward a healthier, more sustainable, and affordable future. While this is meaningful progress, more work remains, and we look forward to advancing a bold environmental agenda together.
The 100-mile Smart Path Connect transmission project is part of the largest investment in New York’s electric grid in the past half-century. There's no clean energy transition without transmission, and we applaud @Governor.NY.gov for moving this critical project forward.
