Day 28: Favorute Title Card Artwork There's a rawness to XII's that I can't quite put into words
Fay 25: Favorite World/Setting Ivalice has an ungodly grip on me right now, it feels the most well realized and rich setting in the series. Honorable mention to Eorzea ofc, since I basically live there 😭
Day 23: Favorite Minigame Chovobo Hot & Cold from IX, I always make sure to get every darn chocograph whenever I play through IX and I wouldn't have it any other way
Day 21: Favorite Armor Design Cheating a bit by using two sets of armor (if worn by the same character) but I'm partial to Cecil's Paladin and Dark Knight armors, especially as they are depicted by Amano. They not only look great but they play off each other really well, echoing Cecil's arc in IV
Day 20: Favorite Story Giving this one to Tactics, as for years I heard so much hype around it and its politically charged narrative. I thought "no way it lives up to the hype" It not only did, but the story feels even more poignant in the present day The will to resist is in our hands
Day 18: Favorite Sequel, Spinoff or Remake As far as spinoffs go? Tactics remains untouchable, as good as the numbered games if not above them even What sequels and remakes?
Day 17: Favorite Soundtrack I'm partial to what Uematsu managed to achieve in VI, he just cranked out bangers like the opera scene and Dancing Mad, sound chip limitations be damned. Honorable mention to other composers tho, Yoko Shimomura's work on XV and Soken's in XVI are also magnificent

Day 15: Favorite Boss Fight Massive spoilers for FFXIV (Shadowbringers 5.3) but Seat of Sacrifice was not only a fun fight, highly emotional, hype as hell, and a clever callback to early FF titles, but also that MUSIC. Soken truly outdid himself here, and knowing what he was going through... yeah
Day 12: Favorite White Mage Character A lot of white mages in FF have another class/job alongside it, so I'm gonna half cheat and give this one to Princess Garnet Til Alexandros XVII, who is also a Summoner
Day 9; Favorite Battle System XII somehow managed to make a battle system where the game plays itself fun as hell, because it's not like the keys are just given to you, you have to strategize, plan, problem solve and build around this system. Love this bunch of If statements lol
Day 7: Best Job System I finally get to give V props because this is some of the most fun I had gameplay wise with any game in the series, the mixing and matching of job commands, the experimentation, the way mastering them upgrades the starter Freelancer job. It's just a really fun gameplay loop
Day 6: Worst NPC Nomura's FF7 OC Do Not Steal tm from Remake, I just sighed in defeat whenever he was on screen, let's leave it at that.
Day 2: Favorite Final Fantasy Yup, even after 20 years since I first experienced it. I've been replaying IX recently and not only does it hold up but it has so much heart and soul. It may not be perfect, but it was certainly made with love. And that's more than enough.
Day 1: First Final Fantasy I went from playing games like Crash Bandicoot and Megaman to this, so imagine how hard my 8 y/o mind was blown. It forever changed how I saw games, and gave me a deep appreciation for the storytelling and artistry of gaming. More on Day 2
