Just opened a bottle of cherry mead I made when I first got diagnosed with celiac disease, 10 years ago. This was my first mead. I was brewing beer before diagnosis, but mead is a different thing. Honestly, it tasted horrible until it sat in the bottles for 8 years or so. Now it's pretty mellow.

Brew day!! Double, double toil and trouble; fire burn and cauldron bubble. Brewing an IPA, so much hops!
