Currently playing: Hawkwind - Epocheclipse 30 year anthology, released in 1999.
Now playing an album that I played to death in the hot summer of fifty years ago: Be Bop Deluxe - Sunburst Finish
Not played for a while. The first of these albums was my introduction to Queensrÿche. Operation Mindcrime 1 & 2
Just played Big Big Train - Woodcut. Now for something completely different - playing Lunatic Soul - The World Under Unsun.
First play of the day. Solstice - Clann Last release of the Sia trilogy of albums (Sia/Light Up/Clann) that I bought recently.
Ruin a song by changing just one letter. I’ll start: The Stranglers - No More Herpes
Now playing: Joe Satriani - The Elephants Of Mars (2022). Not given this one much attention since I got it. Time to rectify that now.
Arrived in the post today: Solstice The Sia trilogy, comprising of three albums: Sia/Light Up/Clann. Looking forward to playing tgem back to back tomorrow.
Next up: an album related to the last two plays and memories of a great gig. Big Big Train- Are We Nearly There Yet?
Next up: Nick D’Virgilio (NDV). An album that I really enjoy. NDV - Invisible.
Now playing: Genesis - Invisible Touch & Genesis. Very rare I play these, they just aren’t consistent enough and there are some frankly awful tracks on both (Illegal Alien, for one, really gets on my nerves).
“My old man was born to rock, He’s still trying to beat the clock“ First play of the day: Tom Petty - Wildflowers
“And the boy stood, stared at the hill. And the hill stared back” First play of the day: Fish - Vigil In A Wilderness Of Mirrors (2024 Remix).
Just time to play Waterloo Lily by Caravan before venturing back out into the brightness and heat.
Played this a few times in the short time I’ve had it. Time for another spin of this excellent album. Martin Orford - The Old Road
A change of pace now. Currently playing Led Zeppelin - Celebration Day (Live December 10th, 2007 at the O2 Arena, London
First play of the day was The Alan Parsons Project- Tales Of Mystery And Imagination - Disc 2 (1987 remix).

“Charles agrees with me even more than I do”. How batshit is that sentence alone?
