Is it a Freudian slip that the illustration resembles the tapestry of Angers or a deliberate reference?
Pro tip from an amateur, don't try to display the 3D volume reconstruction in 3DSlicer, the files are very large single tiffs (Can't use image stacks!) and the machine will lag. Just display the segmentation in 3D. The tutorials are really good. A great companion site: www.morphosource.org
Just add water, lots of water. And you can use the bucket later, perhaps as a emergency toilet. (FWIW - I have this product on the shelf as an earthquake could mean I'm without electric, gas, water for an indefinite period of time.)

I did not recognize the work but I could correctly place it within the art history timeline. Interestingly, on a different continent the same style is used to describe a completely different scenario, one perhaps with a relevant message for today.
