It feels like some designers keep trying to reinvent the wheel with Bane’s designs when the luchador look doesn’t really need to be tweaked that much
It was mostly about the New Adventures era streamlining the designs from the previous seasons. Some worked others didn’t, feels more gimp suit than luchador. At least it’s not the 2004 design

You’ll get some solid visuals in Bojack Unbound and Fusion Reborn but the problem with a lot of the movies is they just devolve into the usual wastelands, deserts or ruins far too quickly. Super Android 13 at least takes place in the city and in the arctic
Honestly this issue made me wish I was reading Secret Wars Spider Island. That one has reptile super heroes but also dinosaurs vs spider zombies, the return of Cap Wolf and just so much comic book silliness
