Do you know what this is? It was a bridge constructed decades ago for trains to pass over. Nowadays it’s no longer in use and has become a tourist site. In winter it goes underwater, and in summer it appears above the surface.

I came across a very cute Godzilla in the building I visited. Be careful, she might hug and kiss you! lol

I had a bowl of rice topped with baked pork seasoned with soy sauce and sugar, along with miso soup containing radish, carrot, and potato. I enjoyed it very much.

This is a boat that ancient people in Japan made from a single log. I guess they didn't have iron tools at that time, so I wonder how they carved it. Maybe they used stone tools? Either way, they must have needed a lot of patience.

A classic Japanese snack: soft rice dumplings skewered on a stick and lightly sweetened. When you visit Japan, please try one — especially if you are vegetarian. No meat, no milk, no egg. Completely made from rice and plant-based ingredients.🥰

This is a traditional Japanese‑style mansion in my town, but no one lives there. I really want to visit it and see the inside. I think I may have the chance someday.

Somebody planted lavender on the roadside to prevent weeds. Very good idea!

These buildings were apartments for employees of a big company, but they were abandoned and nobody lives there now. I think they could be renovated and used as apartments again. It feels very wasteful.

Hydrangeas are just about to show their colors. They aren’t colorful yet, but soon they’ll be vibrant.

There are some birds on the pipes that prevent cars from going in. But why are the birds there? Is it just a design? Or is it to prevent kids from sitting on them?

There sits a new pet dog. No—it's a ceramic dog. Haha.

On my walk, I saw these beautiful flowers, which are like a tranquilizer to me. Haha.
