Since I’m reviving this Old Oc, I figured I should make him a ref! Mystic the Mew is Pamper-man’s main antagonist/villain!

When I was a teenager I accidentally stumbled across a certain picture that kinda awoke something in me. Fast forward about 8-9 years later, and I wanted try recreating it!…with the permission of @yoshieatsyourpie.bsky.social of course. Its law that Delfino diapers hold an absurd amount of water~

Mesa loves to check coals diaper in public…ESPECIALLY in public~. And even if it’s clearly a clean diaper back there, he’ll still do it anyway!
Coals been captured by some bandits! Apparently someone put a big bounty on his head from a place called Paddi-Gulch. Unfortunately for him, his kidnappers aren’t equipped with changing diapers, so they’ve just kept him in the same one for 5 days. I may or may not make a sequel in the future!
Mmmmmm yes…despair~ Kinda wanted to make this after the announcement we got with DR 2x2~ I’m really hyped for it!
