Sometimes I just randomly think of a moment from 'A Companion to Owls' and then my brain hops to another and I love how rich and wonderful (and silly) that single episode of television is. It's its own little story and often exists quite on its own in my mind and I really think that's something.
It's two months today since I posted the final chapter of this post-season 2, double mem wipe fic that took a bit over 2 years to wrangle and wanted to shout out @gleafer.bsky.social who let me feature this stunning artwork that perfectly captures the essence of this story (so thank you again 💛)

Your art was the reason I finished my long fic, I'd run out of steam completely but then saw your piece & it regnited my motivation & focus - now, the print sits on the shelf next to my desk & makes me smile every day (as do the stickers I have on my laptop)! While it is very Aziraphalean, I thought perhaps Asa's penchant for the word "scrumptious" was a cute quirk of that lifetime but turns out no, it's just the essence of angel that lives on in him- I'm not sure what more they could've done to reassure us they'd found one another again tbh #go3spoilers
