The Food and Drug Administration upgraded its recall of more than 1.6 cartons of eggs due to concerns over Salmonella contamination.
Midwest Poultry Services, of North Manchester, Indiana, announced the initial recall of white eggs and brown cage-free eggs in July due to potential contamination with slamonella enteritidis bacterium.

Worried about Dufur, Oregon (population 632) as the Grasshopper Fire is now expanding north and east, after getting very close to Mt Hood ski areas. Will all depend on the wind, but expect Level 3 alerts to continue to stretch east, threatening the town that was evacuated in 2018 due to 3 fires.

Big Spoon lobby is getting aggressive

Man say what you will about FIFA, but can I just say it’s great how they are taking care of the players, for example pausing for a hydration break during the Bay Area heat wave. Cynics who complain about a shameless commercial break money grab really need to give the benefit of the doubt…
