All around awkward human being. He/Him. Videogame/tabletop game guy. Quite enjoyed Pacific Rim. Formerly @WMDogma from the bad place.
Reorganized my painting station so I can better get to painting my endless gray pile of shame.
Calicos definitely got strong personalities. As adorable and cuddly this little fluff-ball is, we’ve got to work on her attitude towards our other cats… she’s especially territorial towards our other female cat.
Paintin’ more plastic dudes tonight. Becoming a bit of a nightly routine, actually. #warhammer40k
Continuing to work through my gray pile of shame this evening. Finished up this mini that I’m going to use as a template for the rest of a Necron warrior unit. Was tempted to keep adding more tiny details but gotta call it good at some point or I’ll never move on… #paintingminis #warhammer
I really need to stop buying new sets until I get more minis assembled... With the exception of the Nemesis Claw, this is my current unboxed/unassembled grey pile of shame. (It’d be a bit smaller but @inkingimps.bsky.social insisted I get the Imp Knights Battalion today…)
Five minis down, 50+ to go… don’t think I’m doing too bad for someone who hasn’t painted since 2007.
My wife: “We should probably go to a car wash, the birds really did a number on your car.” Me: “I’m sure it can’t be that bad.” My poor car:
Last impulse birthday purchase. I blame @robertrath.bsky.social (he knows what he did….)
Haven’t painted a mini in over two decades. Going to be going through a lot of trial and error as I figure out how to properly thin my paints…
If you see this, I implore you to post a picture from whatever device you're using with no explanation.
And we have a fourth one, who is sadly not as social - but still adorable nonetheless.
My gray pile of shame continues to grow! Hopefully it’ll be warm enough this weekend I can try to prime a few of these minis for painting.
