Had a busy 24 hours prepping Christmas Eve dinner (lasagna) and 3 bakes for Christmas. The Yule log is the proudest I’ve been yet with a baking result! The cinnamon rolls were very good (pre-iced). The dinner rolls don’t look great but they turned out okay, the worst of the 3 tho. #christmas

Near the Convent of Christ in Tomar, Portugal is the Pegões Aqueduct, medieval aqueduct built by the Knights Templar. It’s neat to see but the best part is you can climb old stairs to walk on the aqueduct. It’s a bit sketchy. To the left - narrow walkways. To the right - VERY high. #tomar #portugal
