I use this amazing mix that I buy by the carton which is all natural and delicious! By using half skim milk and half cashew milk the entire thing, which is about the size of 1.5 large McDonald's milkshakes, clocks in at just 295 calories.

I had a hankering for a chocolate banana smoothie so after the coffee shop I meandered to our local grocer where I got some milk and bananas, came home, made my smoothie, and have done nothing productive on the sofa since. I soooo needed a chill day and this one has fit the bill.
