As a UK reader, I love seeing headlines like this from the NYT, then you actually look at the 'socialists' they say are taking over the party, and it's a smiling Mamdani suggesting that people should be able to afford their rent, feed their kids and go to hospital without going broke.
I'm just a man who loves this octogenarian more than life itself, standing in front of the BBC, asking it for the love of God to think about the fright they give us when we see images like this (it was something about how rich he is)
