I hadn't seen fireworks in YEARS. Last night I made it down with friends to the Willamette shoreline to watch the Oaks Park barge do it's 20-minute show. A lovely evening, perfect weather. I imagine from some vantage points (the Sellwood Bridge?) one could see the downtown fireworks simultaneously.🤔

I went and checked out the revamped Portland Art Museum today. The Rick Bartow show slapped - he's a favorite of mine. Lost in the rehang may have been some late 19th c euro (non-impressionist) stuff that is my cup-of-tea, but understandable in trying to get other work represented. ...(1/1)
