I hope the next Smash game comes out swinging with a new art style based on Mario Strikers (for character models) and the promotional artwork for Smash 64 (for the UI).
Damn, if this actually ends up kicking KH4 into full marketing mode?
I just remembered that the Sportsmates have exactly eight designs that can work as alts, should they become a newcomer. I’d be interested to see Sakurai use them for a dedicated “sports” character.
I guess since we’re celebrating a different kind of pride this month… I’m on the autism spectrum, and it just so happens that I’m going on a 30-day keto diet this month. So I’m celebrating Disability Pride Month by making healthier decisions with my life.
I made some floral arrangements and a wreath over at my apartment today!

Here are my latest base game newcomer predictions/wishlist for the next Smash game.
This is why they should’ve never ditched the Nintendo Selects label. The COVID pandemic would’ve been a perfect time to do so, since people were playing video games at an all-time high at the time.
This would also lend itself pretty well to the damage meters in the next Smash game.
I guess I’ve never posted a Smash Bros. newcomer wishlist before (or at least, not in recent memory), so I guess I’ll do so right here.
