You need to trick the little buggers. Cover the closed part of a window (a blind, cardboard, tea towel, etc) and the fly will quickly head for the light of the open window and head over to fly through your neighbour's window instead...

First outside breakfast of the year.

Stopped drinking coffee a few years ago as my digestive system couldn't handle it any more. Just tried my first coffee since then. It was very nice, in one of these local places that roasts its own coffee beans, etc. I know I'm not used to caffeine but boy, I walked out of there feeling like this:
