Early start to the day, travelling into the office whilst it is cooler and quiet.
A bit of well-being this morning before work. Good to see neighbourly actions, and lots of bowls of water for the dog walkers out.
The park this morning is cool and quite, perfect for a pause in my walk
I'm sure this would have been a book as a child I would have found interesting 😉
From Plan, to proof and now moving towards deployment. Exceptional work done by Royce and his colleagues.
Here today to support an amazing colleague who was one of the first intake from NHSD/NHSE to this fellowship. Royce Rajan will be an individual to know in this space.

From a recent James Clear newsletter, this quote by Hermann Hesse is a reminder to pause, reflect, and refocus on what really matters most, helping to gain balance to our lives. Here’s the quote

Currently my life feels like I am regularly pointing out the following...

The nursery has started to build up, and over the next month, the nightly ritual of moving in to the garage for frost protection begins
Great article but not sure of the spelling and relevance of last two points in table 1
Amazing how #Claude enables me to translate ideas into reality in terms of simple coding. So I use AutoHotKey scripts quite a bit, and wanted a way to store and reuse Regex Patterns for searching files. Here's the GUI from the working script that Claude created in around 5 minutes of refinement
It might be flat, but this part of the shire seems perfect to me.
Didn’t realise how easy it was to duplicate an open note in #Obsidian and view the impacts on formatting “live”
Enjoying the lecture series from Dr Jess Morley. From lecture three this Systems Design comment stuck with me
The first English Pharmacy Advisory Council election closes at 5pm tomorrow. Eight seats, and the members who vote now will shape the founding direction of the Royal College. If you are an RPS member, make sure your voice counts. www.mi-vote.com/secure/rpharms
Leadership gets talked about in terms of decisions and direction. But the quality of those decisions depends on something quieter: genuinely listening. A recent Coaching for Leaders episode with Bill Mayo put this well. You will have my ear RPS vote open now: mi-vote.com/secure/rpharms
