There are a thousand different ways to do a slaw too! Here's one we did recently we liked. It's sharp, good with something fatty. Slice cucumber and cabbage thin (mandolin helps), toss w/ salt and set aside for 10 mins in a sieve, then mix the rest. Lemon is just for zest and adding juice to taste.
