I regret to announce that as of Thursday, Cybermen had landed at our toddler's nursery and conversions had begun.
Not to be confused with Generation: Time Crisis, about those who grew up playing arcade video games.
Me: I need to stop thinking about Star Trek models and concentrate on reading this article for work. The article for work:
Pinterest, I don't even know what that means. You don't have to email me it several times a day.
I do love how the text on Lumibricks adverts never matches the pictures.
Just realised who these Muppets remind me of. #CatharsisOfSpuriousMorality
Just misread this as 'secret duvet project'. Not that I'm sleep-deprived or anything.
Clickbait ad shows what Space Commander Travis is up to these days.
Ooh, this is nice, but £160 for it is crazy. Just like the X-Files set they announced the other day, no way I can justify it. Lego prices are getting out of hand.
Can I have a quid every time a politician says 'privilege of my life' today? Thanks.
Yeah, if you can't fit 'fashion' on your sign, maybe don't try to abbreviate it.
God knows, I try with Whitney Davis, but whatever language he's writing in just isn't one I've had an opportunity to learn.
Years ago now I cannibalised an old kit of one of those Maquis ships to modify a Star Wars imperial Raider to get it more to my liking. Still really happy with the results.
Facebook tells me it's 10 years since I produced this graphic for Cambridge University's open access Twitter account and just confused everybody. In retrospect, I think it was for the best for all concerned that I was able to get back into academia a few months later.
This was just advertised on my Facebook. 'Victorian car'?! That is blatantly Bessie the sprightly yellow Edwardian roadster.
I have not had nearly enough sleep over the last month for passages like this. And yes, obviously, it's just making me think of Arc of Infinity.
As someone who's spent years playing round with #Blender, the round but slightly faceted rubber on my daughter's cup is messing with some deeply ingrained part of my brain that can't help screaming 'You need to turn on auto-smooth and sort out the normals! Or add more geometry - it's too low-poly!'
Lovely card the baby made for me at nursery. Not sure whether this is a depiction of Daddy burning in hell or an image of me spontaneously combusting after stepping outside with my pale pale skin this week.
Quite like this TARDIS console room. Roundels on the ceiling is a nice touch.
Flipping badges is one thing; my favourite is when the Sun flipped an X-Wing.
And, lest we put it down to coincidence, here is an endnote from one of Eleanor Robson's articles. I don't know if she's the B7 fan on the steering committee or if it's one of the others. I wouldn't have guessed it of her.
