Some say all stories are true and all afterlives are intertwined. That we are each in fact the same individual soul, reincarnated into different bodies to learn the true value of our actions on ourselves. In this conception Json is like 3 lives prior to the Buddha
looks like my universe got cross braided with the Serenity of the Eternal Pharaohs universe for about an hour here
Home safe and sound yesterday. We could have been home fast but we decided to tack on some extra miles and it ended up being the longest day of the trip. Fish Rock Road to 101, then turned back to the coast following the Russian River. 240 miles topping over 1000 for the whole trip. Unforgettable
lost coast BDR-X day 4: section 5. I modified the route so we ran Avenue of the Giants instead of the paved hill detours. Friend's rental bike had 80/20 tires that were not up to the final muddy track so we turned back on that and blasted hwy 20 which we had all to ourselves. #motosky
lost coast BDR-X day 3: section 4 took us over 7 hours with just a handful of stops. Best and most dirt roads so far, fog hid a lot of the vistas unfortunately. My bike is absolutely feasting on these gravel and dirt roads. Lifetime trip already and we have more to go #motosky
entire categories of people I used to be extremely sympathetic to just in terms of core values are unfortunately included in that sweeping dismissal lol. But this quote has had increasing resonance w me in middle age and coming up on 20 years of child rearing
As we're talking about display names I had one blasted from the past at me that I didn't remember at all but got me pretty good all over again
He went on to become a very accomplished and respected geologist, who nevertheless went to his grave refusing to endorse the then revolutionary theory of Plate Tectonics. In other words a typical Harley rider
He and a friend "rode" from Chicago to Boston and back (at this time, interstate travel even via motorcycle was really done via canals with short tour riding around the outskirts of more developed towns along the way)
The shotgun blast perfectly painted a smiley face w his brains on the ceiling
