It's all good. 😄 For anyone who is not familiar with Superdawg, behold the delicious wonder it is. Note: As famous as they are for their Superdawgs 🌭(their version of a Chicago hot dog) , they also have excellent cheeseburgers 🍔. Fries, veggie fritters, soda floats, and milkshakes 10/10 too.

More interesting is how some of them flood out of nowhere unexpectedly. Such as what happened to the Volo Museum in Illinois earlier this month on the anniversary of the sinking. Note: Multiple museums with Titanic artifacts have strange flooding issues. Hence, the belief that they are cursed.

From an art, architecture, and design perspective, I love Tanner Springs Park in Portland. Built out of railroad tracks and custom-fused glass, design elements in this park, including the zigzag bridge that originates from Chinese and Japanese gardens, signify mindfulness and connection to nature.

Built on a site that used to be a lake, a combination of innovative use of material sciences paired with structural engineering were used to build a part in the arts centric Pearl District that is a reflection of of the city's ethos of connecting with nature and being trailblazers in creativity.

Add in the bad news I got from one of my doctors, it's been overwhelming. I'm scared, but I am hanging in there.

THIS!!! 💯💯💯 "But I like it" with bland to garish "renovations" with old historic homes needs to stop. It is more than it being a matter of taste and aesthetics. Doing it right 🏚️➡️🏡, directly ties in to the historic character in neighborhoods and possibilities in revitalizing communities.

Architectural highlights include full removal of the 50s "modernization", restoration of architectural details including the windows, staircase, and roof, and color exterior.

In the 50s this home went through a "modernization" , as seen on the left side.
In the 70s, interest in preserving historic homes and buildings in the city led to many interested in restoring old homes to their historic glory.
This home was one of the earliest case studies in doing so back in the day and helped establish the historic preservation movement that is now integral to the character of the San Francisco art, architecture, and design scene.

While historic preservation has long held an image of only being for the elite and the wealthy, there has been growing awareness of how historic preservation and affordable housing can work in partnership with each other, to ensure the built and constructed environment serves neighborhoods and communities.

Whenever I think about ice cream 🍨 and ask what my favorite flavor is 💭, I typically have a categorized list based on types of flavor. Though, hands down, if there is an ice cream company and ice cream flavor I would love to see come back, it would be Sundae Service's Ginger Black Sesame 🫚. 💖💖💖

Sundae Service was a New York City based. woman owned and Asian owned business that focused on making Asian flavor inspired ice cream.
No longer in business, it was among many small businesses that struggled to stay afloat after the peak of the pandemic.
