All the "tributes" to Trump in Saturday Guardian, bar Piers Morgans, were en pointe but this one was short and summed it up perfectly.
4hours in A and E today aftermarket collarbone after RTA. We were the boned by a clot in a van. Painful, but couldve been worse. A man died on Suffolk roads today.
Harry and I visited Dollops Wood, Suffolk to see the bluebells. They didn't disappoint.
Happy to report London is perfectly safe. I still have my money, cards, phone. Nightmare journey home due to mass train cancellations (someone got hit by a train) but despite that Shadowlands play with Hugh Bonneville was great.
Lovely shot. My mum just turned 88 too. I took her out to lunch as well.
Took my mum, who is 88 tomorrow, for lunch at The Peacock Inn, Chelsworth. Good service, great fish and chips and fabulous puddings.
Had a coffee out with a friend and these two cuties. One is mine, the other my niece's.
Guess where I am? It's freezing but an interesting city and here's to the EU!
Harry is now half his size. He will need his coat on his afternoon walk.
Grundisburgh dog walk on Remembrance Sunday. Village read out names of WW1 and 2 war dead. Very moving.
The Netherlands showing the way in banning private fireworks. Come on Britain, let's do the same.
Pauline Hanson still being an intolerant racist, demanding Palestinians be sent back ASAP on day 1 of ceasefire
My beautiful boy at Go Frolic dog show yesterday. 1 million times nicer than Trump and Farage even though he sniffs butts.
@kinglucythe1st.bsky.social What does Lucy make of Jemmy, a ginger tomato hanging out in a bakery at Albert Cupyr markt in Amsterdam? He lives next door but goes in bakery as its warm. He was very friendly, if a tad overweight.
@labradoryuki.bsky.social Really enjoying Amsterdam despite being a bit wet. Love the apple tart, the history, the beautiful scenery. Shame we left EU as I'd love to live in the Nederlands.
Harry, before his haircut this morning. He is now not so fluffsy but as its 25 degrees tomorrow, he'll be more comfortable.
Homemade pizza. Even found some buffalo mozzarella at Aldi that was low enough sodium to have little bits on the pizza. Lunches sorted for a few days.
This play, Fifth Step, was fantastic. Standing ovation at the end. Nothing actors were flawless and it was very funny too. I was so close I was literally 1 person away from the actors and as in the round, felt very immersive.
Don't drink so trying this, with apple cider vinegar, chilli and ginger, in sparkling water. It's OK. Quite refreshing.
