The main theme of 'Dinoblade' is far more rocking and far less ancient-sounding than I'd expect for a game about dinosaurs wielding blades. Which I appreciate a great deal.

In Cas van der Pol's animated music video of Crasher-Vania by Starbomb, Simon Belmont is strangling Medusa and yelling "I will see you in hell!" I envision this being used for when you feel like yelling at someone when they're being dense.

I love video games. I love being able to perform fantastical feats and wield marvelous technologies I never could in real life. I love going faster, getting stronger, and exploring new places to find new things around every corner.

The aye-aye is a lemur from Madagascar with a very long middle finger. I love the name. I want to make a pirate character that's an aye-aye. The aye-aye captain.

I have commissioned Paintixir before. Stellar to work with; communication was clear and updates were frequent.

Bird plushie on tumblr writes the following post: ["It's not that deep" START DIGGING]. A dozen accounts repost the post saying "DIG" until vampiraptor posts a gif of Balrog, a burning demon from hell, causing philosopher king 1887 to say "OOPS TOO DEEP" and then the following reposts say "CLIMB" until modmad posts a picture of extraterrestrial orbit.

Being on social media in Australia is very weird because everyone talks, jokes, and makes art about the Northern hemisphere heat while I'm just trying to beat the cold.

To focus on one very specific detail, Jax is undeniably trans. The author has explicitly said so. There's no "assuming" to be had here.

That's not Rush Duel, though; that's Speed Duel. Rush Duel is very different.

Art of Sevens Road Magician, the main mascot of Yu-Gi-Oh Rush Duels. There are a lot of differences between Rush Duel cards and standard cards; the Attack and Defence values are above the effect box, the Level is represented by a number, and boxes have tabs that provide a few small differences.

Someone had an idea for a character design challenge based on a random colour palette. I decided to take them up on that.

Using the colour palette of vintage lavender (8D6B94), amethyst smoke (B185A7), rosy taupe (C3A29E), sand dune (E8DBC5), and linen (FFF4E9), I designed this character with short lavender hair, a lavender-lined amethyst cape, a lavender dress with amethyst stitching, and sand dune high heels.

Alright, let's do a 'Risk of Rain 2' run. Got a Halcyon Shrine in the first stage, let's do that, check the rewards, and OH MY GOD

A Halcyon Shrine in Risk of Rain 2 can be activated. Once activated, it drains you of your money over a period of time to charge up. Once it is fully charged—or if you choose to stop it sooner but for less rewards—then a Gilded Halcyonite shows up. Once it is defeated, the Halcyon Shrine dispenses a blessing containing 3 to 5 items that you can choose 1 to 3 of, each depending on how much of the Halcyon Shrine was charged. The five items are all random from the total pool of Commons, Uncommons, and Rares. Typically, getting even one Rare in one of these is a miracle. This particular Halcyon Shrine gave me THREE Rares and TWO Uncommons. What's more, the three Rares—Network Suffering, Sonorous Whispers, and Growth Nectar—are some of the most powerful in the entire game.

So I just saw this game called 'Race of the Nine Worlds' on Steam and it looks like 'Wipeout' but with racers including a cute fox protagonist, a serious guy with a gun, and what looks like an evil overlord. It talks about having an epic story. Fascinating. store.steampowered.com/app/3817560/...

Ardes is covered head to toe in spiky silver armour, has a tattered red mantle with holes in it. His helmet has three eye holes and his eyes show through as tiny yellow circles.
