Max, the Prettyboy
@prettyboymax
They/them, b1997, autistic, non-binary, big ol' queer. Bristol UK but originally from Coventry UK. FREE 🇵🇸
I know you absolutely did not mean this because it's pretty specific to UK & Ireland but I wanted to point out that the way you censored your M-word actually creates a different racist AND ableist slur (comparing the facial features of people with Down's Syndrome to people from Mongolia)
Fantastic!!! One question: where do I find out more about the round beige critter in my first screenshot here? Second thing isn't a question, it just made me chuckle because it looks like the narrator George Matsumoto IS a jelly 😂
Dear Chris took lots of beautiful photos at Fondue on Friday night, here's one of me 🥹
All part of my ongoing project to take opportunities when I can to learn new skills, meet new people & try to help me break out of the prison of my own constant anxiety. Harness my inherent ridiculousness as a source of power!!!
My joke contribution: We had bizarre weather last week, it was raining orange peels. Absolutely pithing it down! (Maybe funnier for Brits & Aus/NZ, maybe Americans don't say "pissing it down"?) Dog contribution: Nessy 💖
Felt a little bit sorry for the guy in front of me who was turning away from the gory bits only to see me like this:
Thank you dear Darren for the first 2 photos, dear Ian for the third and myself and Pye the cat for the fourth. I'm tucked up in bed now but still awake!!!
Appropriately, Nancy Boy's Promosexual arrived today! Finally found a UK seller (cheers, Neil!) so my Romo-&-Romo-adjecent collection grows!
Forgot to post about TDoV yday, then got nervous that people would think I was joking if I posted on April Fool's Day, but I suppose it is okay since I'm certainly a Fool! Belated Happy TDoV from 11 years ago doing a trans cake sale at college & from Saturday at @transpridebristol.bsky.social
3 years ago today I had a gender-affirming hysterectomy! Thankfully no complications, one night in hospital then I got to go home on the afternoon of my birthday (Birthday Tea was NOT hospital food!) Healing went smoothly & I can wear white pants now without fear! (That's a lie, I have pets)
Just had a haircut at dooo (Old Market) so feeling pretty despite not being up early enough to do makeup. Thankfully a tinted lip balm was in the pocket of my cords!
Pye the cat was being very sweet when I got home from work yesterday. I call him The Best Man because he's in his tuxedo and he's always up for making a speech! Thankfully I didn't need to use the stove for dinner last night because he loves making himself comfortable on flat quadrilateral surfaces!
Nessy's Auntie Kim captured some fantastic tongue action yesterday!
Enjoyed my visit to @designmuseum.bsky.social today to take in the Blitz exhibition. I met up with some Bristol friends and, in a remarkable and delightful coincidence, bumped into @victoriaredfern.bsky.social who was just leaving as we were entering! Not stopped smiling all afternoon!
Nessy received a kiss from a cow today!!! (Don't be fooled by the trailing longline, she is on lead in the cow field, it's just hard to see as it's attached to her Halti and held off camera. Don't let your dogs off around livestock PLEASE)
Crowning achievement in Pokémon Legends Z-A, it doesn't get better than this for me. Nice nice NICE
Seated! It is a lovely auditorium with red velvet folding seats, classic! They're giving everyone FREE copies of Ritual Groove from 2010, David Lynch was a co-producer!
Recent photos I have taken as proof of life when a dear friend has said "let me know when you get home safe!"
Nessy turned 3 recently, then today she came up for a rare cuddle! She's very aloof with me and my mum but when guests come over she will clamber all over them! She thinks she's much smaller than she is!
Chatgpt struggles to say how many Rs are in STRAWBERRY and apparently I struggled with how many Rs are in TRANSFORM when I ordered these appliqués... Unlike chatgpt, at least I recognise and can laugh at my mistake and order a pink R!
Nessy & Russell, recently. (We adopted another dog!!!) (That was the name he was found with)
Just a quick pop in to TFN as I have a limited budget and need to be at Coventry Pride this afternoon, but so excited!!!!
(tagging "graphic" as many people are uncomfortable with bugs) I DID want to be first in line to see Mrs Train today, I held a beautiful millipede thanks to Creature Courage, an animal phobia therapy specialist!
