I thought maybe I was trying to keep it off the floor in case the basement flooded, but I'm pretty sure this was before that became a problem, because I still had all my power cords and stuff all over the floor. Also there's two cinder blocks?? The signal's not even touching the front one!

I'm legit nostalgic for late '00s LED traffic signals. A major improvement over the very early ones that were just an array of dots with visible dark space between the LEDs, but you can still make out the individual LEDs well enough that you can notice when some have failed (like in my green here).

15 or so years ago, my dad's friend gave him a bunch of secondhand dishes, including these two huge orange mugs he let me keep when I moved out. I love these mugs so much. They're basically indestructible—I've dropped them both many, many times, and they just bounce.
