I wanted something simple after doing a lot of big world buildy fantasy/scifi all in a row. Was it very exciting? No. But the author has a strong grip on banter and dialogue, which makes it fun to read. Apparently it's a movie now? I don't know. I liked it allright.

The first book in my goal to read 50 books this year that I think I genuinely hated. Such a shame when her memoir was so interesting and well-written? This was just vulgar and boring. No one is a character. It said nothing. There was no story and nothing happened. Boring.
