You get the “good” figs once I depart! 😹 Honestly I will remember the figs and Gorgonzola for the rest of my life! I’ll be in the old folks’ home telling anyone who will listen “I once was in Roquebrune - in France! - and had these figs…”
Just do that you know I did give that cat scratches in return for being such a good model!
Met a very nice cat in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, France. This cat lives in the closest thing to heaven that I can imagine!
Some cats of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, France. The last one is named after architect Frank Gehry.

View from the top of Montmartre of The Tour Eiffel during an electrical storm last night.
A neighborhood worth visiting in Paris that one might otherwise skip over is Butte aux Callies (hill of quails- be careful if you mispronounce it is hill of spoiled milk) but there is a great pool and street art there. Off the 6 line at Corvisart.
Artist JR’s installation on Point Neuf in Paris was pretty cool to walk through.
Point zéro des routes de France where at one point in history all distances to all places in France were determined by cartographers. In front of Notre Dame…
If you come to Paris and skip ligne 6 between Bir Hakeim and Passy you are missing out on a view of a lifetime.
Montmartre last night. A huge electrical storm came through was spectacular!
