Ah gotcha. Apparently this is how they do press conferences in the oval now. Aaron Rupar clipped the press conference yesterday and they were all standing around him answering questions. The doctored photo seems to be a variant of this snagged during the press conference.

Power Grid is seriously one of my favorite board games ever made. The decisions and strategies are so exciting every time I play. It's basically a race game and economic engine game that ends with everyone in their calculators. Brilliant game.
