I’m not new, I’m just new *here*. You know me, I know you. The sun’ll come out tomorrow.
The irony is profound. The same folks who beat their chests about needing a gun to get waffles and eggs are simultaneously supporting the dismemberment of our republic. 2A was intended to defend a free State. Says it right there in plain English.
Sorry, couldn’t hear you over these boobs, what were you saying?
Crazy talk At LEAST 7 million died from COVID www.ncid.sg/News-Events/... At MOST, 38 died from complications associated with the vaccine pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC...
I’m not going to give them the clicks bc it’s clearly bait but this is like saying that resolving to stop drinking and bathing in poison and financially reward the people drowning you in it means you’re fragile, not that you have the good sense to draw the line somewhere, anywhere. You aren’t.
I was very surprised to learn that Kevin Nealon didn’t write that.
This is the only question any reporter should ask Tom Homan forever:
Until that last one, I thought maybe he’s talking about one specific person, like the single mathematically average American at this particular moment. But not even. It’s a filthy lie bc he dgaf about anyone but himself. That’s why he needs to go.
Once upon a time, my boss had a sexual relationship with my coworker, their subordinate. Idgaf who’s doing who. Makes no difference to me, until it makes one of us more favored bc the other is biologically out of the running for similar affection. Then we have a problem.
Driving is a privilege Citizenship is a right Thank you for coming to my TED Talk
Whether or not the strikes achieved their military objectives, they create more problems than they solve … and also his base was supposed to be against all of this so wtaf
Tariffs do not lower gas prices. Supply gluts and slack demand do that, and prices aren’t so low. IOW, there is absolutely no way in which this is true, plausible, or even possible. They’re lying out the asses so hard for so long it’s safe to assume they all have massive hemorrhoids.
The is how you fail Intermediate Macroeconomics. 1. It isn’t true The wealthiest, combined, dominate assets and income but DO NOT represent a majority of consumption 2. It’s not the point, and here’s why Pro-/re-gressivity is measured relative to the income of the individual. See below.
Your city should use a comprehensive strategic planning framework, and it should be explained in the budget and supporting documents. My favorite is the Balanced Scorecard. I adapt it a little bit but it’s pretty much plug-and-play.
All those other solid boxes listed below each Deputy City Manager are departments with staff. And on the budget detail for each department/office you’ll find a “Position Schedule” that shows the specific positions authorized by the budget. This is known as Position Control, one of my favorite things
Zoning is enacted by the City Council via ordinance, usually with the preliminary approval and advice of a land use authority, like the City’s Planning Commission: boards.phoenix.gov/Home/BoardsD... Once adopted, it’s administered through this department:
Further down, the document explains that the City’s expenditures are divided roughly between the Operating budget and the Capital Improvement Program, which is where you’ll find information about capital assets and investment in infrastructure and facilities.
It also shows several administrative functions/offices that report directly to the City Manager. In many cities, several of these offices would report directly to the City Council, so this is a somewhat unusual and novel org chart, especially for a city this large
Here’s the City Org Chart, in simplified form. It shows Phoenix has what we call a Council-Manager form of government, in which a professional full time administrator implements the Council’s direction and manages all City staff.
When you serve a warrant on Mar-A-Lago bc the not-President is hoarding national security information in Top Secret SCI documents in his shitter and lying about it, that’s a raid, but when you go klepto on democracy, that’s very not a raid. Get it? transcripts.cnn.com/show/sotu/da...
It’s not law enforcement It’s ethnic cleansing So if the hospital won’t act, maybe somebody should sue them for creating a hostile work environment:
