This is what really pisses me off. If you squint and/or zoom in, you'll notice there are two flags in this photo: one says to people you're welcome, you're included, you matter, you're seen for who you are. The second says you're excluded, you're not wanted, you don't matter, you're 'other'.

We don't usually see each other's header images. Here's mine. It features many Bluesky coded interests: * Japan * Tokyo specifically * A train station * A train * People milling about in a city
