Exhibit F is his disconnect notice from August. Which would be normal except this psrt at the bottom that I'm unsure of. Did he put that there himself? Did he scribble over it for some reason?
Exhibit C is funny. He stamped his name on his electric bill and mailed it back to the electric company. Exhibits D and E are the same, except he also crossed out the invoiced totals and rewrote the same number on them.
A lot of the time what I'll do is first look at the exhibits, not the complaint itself. Can anyone figure out what his flowchart is trying to say? Sorry for lack of alt text, the entire imagenis text and I cant retype it all on phone
