Ran to this beach today for dawn - absolutely amazing. On the way back realized that one of the other beaches we had passed was a nudist beach ! Had to time the run up the hill so as not to get caught in "traffic" :) awesome trail run !

Running 16k before breakfast, I may have had some extras with my huel this morning :) this place is like the surface of mars ! Glad I bought older running shoes as the volcanic sand is shredding the soles - will push a half tomorrow

I did a thing today - ran the Fan dance up Pen-y-Fan in just over 3 hrs. Could have pushed harder but I was having fun and enjoying the magnificent scenery! The Welsh are blessed with views that look like paintings ! Really enjoyed it

Just finished putting together the Lego Nintendo Gameboy - really really satisfying build. Well recommended and quite a few Easter eggs
Nice relaxed pace marathon - pretty route as we kept in countryside almost all the way into London - no medal or t-shirt this was just for Strava kudos
