A few minutes later, the army showed up. They also inspected the vehicles and asked a few questions. At no point, either the police or the army wrote down what happened to investigate and find the perpetrators of the attack. But they asked for our IDs and took photos of them. 5/7

The young guys were waiting for a relative of the driver to come pick up the car. Though we couldn't do anything and all they were doing was waiting on the side of road, they asked us to stay. Less than 5 minutes later, the Israeli police showed up in a militarized vehicle. 3/7

We went and met a few young Palestinians who had stopped to help the driver. The driver had already been taken away by an ambulance. They told us settlers threw stones at the car, beat up the driver, and then poured sand into his engine. 2/7

We got notified that a Palestinian delivery driver was attacked on a road nearby. We only received this short video and the location of the attack. 1/7

After a bit of research I learnt that it started as an initiative of a 19 year old from the settlement of Ariel, who wanted to show that the entire West Bank ("Judea and Samaria") belongs to the Jews. 2/2

The first thing I noticed when I got into the West Bank, compared to last year, is thousands of Israeli flags lining up the sides of every major road. Before, you'd only ("only" of course) see Israeli flags at checkpoints, around military basis, or in settlements. 1/2

Still in Harabat al Naibi. At 6am, a few settlers walked their flock of sheeps just down the hill. They come 3-4 times a day. At times they get closer, even walking into the hamlet. They look to provoke a reaction from residents so they can attack them or call the army. Nothing of the sort today.
