As to this point, I can assure you that commercial consumers are acting to claw back the funds from the importers…but point is valid that public consumers aren’t going to see benefit.

That means importers are set up for a windfall: They will recover the sum paid for the tariffs regardless of whether they absorbed the costs themselves or passed them on to others.

Arizona does have a certified legal document preparer program that allows some of the things discussed. Not sure that the entities involved were certified or if their conduct would even comply with that. We’ve tried several things here under the idea of improving access to justice.
