Excited to be at a Broadway show for the first time since OC Hamilton.

A Broadway production of Hadestown, seen before the show starts. Empty chairs presumably for musicians, with their instruments and music stands await performers, and we see a balcony and spiral iron staircase, barstools, and assorted stage props set up for the opening number.

A black shirt with white writing in so many fonts, and red for emphasis. The Quote of the text is from Brennan Lee Mulligan during an episode of Dimension 20.

"Laws are threats made by the dominant socioeconomic ethinic group in a given Nation; it's just a promise of violence that's enacted and police are basically an occupying army, you know what I mean? You guys wanna make some bacon?"

There is a little drawing of bacon anthropomorphized to have a hand making a peace sign, included on the bottom right (to the viewer, left when worn) of the shirt.

For my MSLIS internship I worked on a finding aid for Bill Bordeau, all I knew walking in was he was the head of the theater department at MMC. Turns out he was a literal card carrying member of the National Gay Task Force, what became the National LGBTQ Task force. His card:

A photograph of two pieces of related ephemera: A letter with the letterhead, "National Gay Task Force", the address of their headquarters in New York City, the board officers (Frances Doughty, David Rothenberg) and Executive Director, (Bruce Voeller, Ph. D.). Written by hand in blue ink in the middle of the page is,

"Bill -
With our compliments. " and Initials B(V) at the signature line.
There is a tag line beneath in the footer which says in black font, "It's time."

On top of the letter is a business card, with a styalized "it's time" on the side decoratively. Hand-written is the name "J. William Bordeau" followed by printed, "is a Charter Member of The National Gay Task Force." Beneath which are the names of the founders of the Task Force (Howard Brown, MD; Gregory Dawson; Ronald Gold; Thomas Rockhill; Thomas Smith; Bruce Voeller, Ph. D."

There is a watermark across all these in a large circle, which is an "MMC" for Marymount Manhattan College.

Oh boy.

two images, one above the other. The top shows a bunny looking at an obviously photoshopped image of the back of a computer monitor. The bunny is white, fluffy, its ears are down toward its back, and it has VERY round cheeks. The second image is the same setup, except this time the bunny is looking toward the viewer.

The tone of it is as if to say "What did I just see" but it's a cute bunny.

Found this in my meme folder and it made me snort so I figured I'd share.
