Ghostwire Tokyo lets you pet the dog and gives you an achievement for petting the dog. Tango knew what they were doing with this game.

Decided to pick up some stuff in the Steam Summer sale. The big deal for me being a deep discount on Ghostwire Tokyo, the game that Tango made before Hi-Fi Rush.

Catwoman This movie is kind of ass, but I almost appreciate how its disregard for anything in the comics led to such a batshit film. This is more akin to a bootleg Sam Raimi Spider-Man than anything from a Batman comic and it leads to a film that stands out (mostly for the wrong reasons). 2.5/5

Frankenstein (2025) This is a movie from Guillermo del Toro so it's a very nice looking film with a fantastic score. As an adaptation I think it hits all the basics though it was a little annoying how the negatives of Victor almost leaned into childish deflections. Still overall a great watch. 5/5

Mostly cuz they're having fun with the time travel concept and showing how the apple does not fall far from the tree.

Wild Zero ... That was in fact the movie of all time. It feels like a small Japanese movie studio wanted to make a music video in spite of having a nonexistent editing budget. Somehow it comes together into being something fun to watch in spite of being completely batshit insane. 3/5 (I guess?)

I'm watching Wild Zero, it is the movie of all time with the best quote ever for no reason.

Something I noticed with how peeps react to seeing "what if the antagonist type character achieved genuine happiness".

Maybe he's called "just stop" cuz that's what people tell him after hearing his media takes.

SteamWorld Dig 2 A solid follow up to Dig 1 that hit every note for a fantastic gameplay loop. The abilities are fun and transformative, the presentation is great, and the upgrade mods added some needed variety. Sucks that it fumbles it all at the end with a mid final boss and trash ending. 4/5

Adolescence This was... an experience. It's a mini series that shows the negative effects of toxicity on the youths and the negative repercussions of it. I didn't "enjoy" watching this, but I did find the subject matter and how the characters reacted fascinating. 3.5/5

How Fish Is Made This is far less depressing than Mouthwashing, but that's not saying much with this being a dark comedy game. It's a very philosophical game about a simple question involving going up or down... also there's a musical sung by a fish parasite. 3/5
