I love that my new ADHD medication comes with instructions on how to trick yourself into taking it like an uncooperative dog.

Take Elvanse in the morning before breakfast. It can be taken with or without food.

There are two ways to take Elvanse:

Swallow the capsule whole with a drink of water

Open the capsule and empty the contents into:

Soft food such as yogurt

A glass of water or orange juice

Use a spoon to break up any bits and stir the Elvanse and yogurt, water or orange juice until they are completely mixed together. Eat all the yogurt or drink all the water orange juice immediately after mixing with Elvanse.

It's the Rebellion punk festival in Blackpool this week (wonderful, excellent, best time of the year), but ngl, when it's not as windy this flag looks sooooooo much like something *else*. This may not have been thought through thoroughly.

Gonna spend Armed Forces Weeks trying to make some red-faced dickhead have a heart attack by repeatedly insisting the Red Arrows are pro-trans now.
