Following along with Subjectivley's(not on Bsky) Smaugest prompt list. First day was Tropical, decided to go painterly route for this one as it's something I don't do often.

A extremely fat (Spherical) dragon sleeping on a small tropical island. it's head rests on a small dock, and wooden planks stick out from under its body as though it crushed a fishing shack by laying down.

Broke my sketchbook today so made a new one from its corpse. Ignore the sloppiness I didn’t measure anything lol.

I've been wanting to practice doing some art pieces based on design briefs / commission so I built myself a little generator with google sheets. Heavily inspired by briefbuilder.app But i wanted my own dataset to modify / pull from.

A google sheet with Worldbuilding, Character Design Brief, and 2D sequence Illustration Practice Headers. Under each header are sub headers including things like: Location, Architecture, Style, Time Period, etc. Below these sub headers is an entry relevant to those categories. Off to the right is a random button to cause the data to re-random

Getting hit pretty hard with depression at the moment (the torment nexus and anniversary of a friends death) but still doing a bit of daily practice. Never focused on portraits or anatomy before but that’s a goal for this year. These came out better than expected. Feel like fundamentals helped. #art

Day 23 of #artAdventCalendar is a bit of a divergence. This is a leather bag I made early this year. Based on a Swiss medical bag, perfect for art supplies. I do need to restitch some of the corners as It doesn’t lay flat and has some wonky edges. Not bad for my first bag.

Day 10 of #artAdventCalendar. I found this old piece while looking through some sketchbooks. One of my first paintings, and one of my first gouache pieces. Still love it even if the proportions are out of wack.

Day 9 of #artAdventCalendar is a poster design for the Dungeon Crawl Classics Road Crew poster contest. Was also my first project using #Rebelle which went fantastic imo.
