What in the Apparently if you use DDG to search for "French Bulldog" the duck puts on a dog kigu?? 😆
Although this may be a discussion that requires pictures. This is a banana on the last day I am willing to eat it.
My neighborhood doesn't freeze much, so sometimes you see interesting older cars around.
Also I would note that if you're doing this *and filming it to post online* then a natural conclusion is that you're doing it primarily for social status and
Got Mark to make me a new sticker for a thing I have been doing a lot lately. 😑
Took a different route home the other day and OMG I have not seen one of these in the wild in DECADES. 😆
PREPARING (Dealing with PDFs or websites for reference materials drives me crazy so I GM entirely based on paper, even when using an online platform.)
OMG I forgot to mention that I saw THIS on the AC charity table: the entire run of my Furry Awakening manga series. I was convinced I would never find anyone else who knew about it because for decades it was never translated. But judging by the number of tickets in the jar, it's got some fame now. 😃
Chillin' with a plant buddy until my flight leaves at the Pgh Airport. See you later, Pittsburgh!
First haul of AC! (It turns out there is a Penzey's three blocks from my hotel so I took the opportunity to replenish my spice cupboard. I have been out of mace for months after my local grocery stopped carrying it. 😣)
Went to Primanti's by myself and that was possibly a mistake. I don't think I'll be hungry again until Thursday.
Anthrocon nears! Critters and Cryptids and Curses! Please behold this themed badge I was lucky enough to acquire. It is of course from @briarsthorne.bsky.social .
Absolutely disagree. R&J is not a *romance*, but it is very definitely a love story. All love is insane, and disastrous teenage love the most of all.
Anthrocon started in the 90s. And this year, it will be in the 90s once again.
On a whim, I bought some Crystal Light for the first time in forever. Then I dug through my cabinets because there is only one pitcher I own that's suitable for a drink like that.
Near my ancestral house is a shop serving soft ice cream cones that they will dip into chocolate or strawberry or a couple other things, making a candy shell around the outside. I've never encountered this anywhere else. Also watching them turn the cone UPSIDE DOWN to dip it is anxiety-inducing. 😆
New addition! Finally. On previous (years ago) trips to SF I couldn't find anywhere that sold one. 😑
I used to live in Pittsburgh and one of the unexpected features of that city (especially for early navigation apps) was how there were "streets" that were actually stairways. Behold, in my current city of Seattle, a nostalgic rhyme with the past.
I'll admit that I bought this book half because it was pretty. The story is actually pretty good though.
You can and should ignore anything written above this picture.
