Great tale! Never heard of a ‘Bernice’ Mountain Dog🤣 We had one of the other Swiss Mountain dogs called an Entlebucher. They are shorter than Burners and smooth coated, but with the same tri-color scheme and muscles in their shit. Drover was the most loyal and protective dog I have ever seen.
