Old pictures because I still haven't gotten around to updating him and technically Half-Hyur, but here he is! Formerly known as Wyatt Harlow, ex-commander of the Corpse Brigade, then earning the name of Ironeye of the Ala Mhigan Resistance and sometimes wearing the mask and mantle of The Griffin.
I did spend a bit too long in the C+ mines trying to make them more gaunt and sickly looking than ever. This horrible creature has every disease.

For Ironeye, it was Ilberd's death. He was the one who first put a sword in Ilberd's hand in the first place, and taught him how to use it. As for how he coped? Well, The Warriors of Light didn't topple the Garlean hold on Ala Mhigo or lead the charge to the Tower of Babil. The Griffin did.
When Ironeye was hunting the Garlean Informant Laurentius Daye, he encountered a lone Coeurlclaw hunter who mocked him for his inability to track a target through the woods. Seeing the opportunity to hunt a Wood Wailer, she offered to help him find his target. They've been together ever since.
Ahaha, yeah. Rehn'a grew obsessed with the idea of reversing death after losing a loved one during the Calamity and has since spent their life working towards a true resurrection. Thankfully, Ishgard had a lot of corpses to experiment with.

After losing an eye to a piece of shrapnel, he started to wear a prosthetic. A steel sphere filled the socket, and a piece of ceramic was supposed to be laid over it to resemble an eye, but he never ended up wearing it. So the name stuck.
Ironeye has had three names throughout his life. His mother named him Sleeping Bear, but just like the Warrior Soul Crystal she gave him, he's too ashamed to wear it. His father passed on the name Wyatt Harlow to him, but he died. Ironeye was a name earned in the Ala Mhigan Resistance.
Ironeye has taken Fordola and Jullus under his wing. Not exactly adopted them, but trying to keep them on a better path than he walked after he fought on the wrong side in his own youth.
